Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeuralPost (the “Service”), operated at neuralpost.draftlabs.org. By creating an account, clicking “Get Early Access,” or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use NeuralPost. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and to keep it updated. Accounts created with fraudulent or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate, schedule, or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service outside of documented APIs.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
  • Use the Service to send spam or violate any platform's (X, Instagram, Facebook) terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

4. Your Content & IP

You retain all ownership of the content you submit to NeuralPost (“User Content”), including source drafts, AI-adapted variants, media uploads, and brand profile data.

You grant NeuralPost a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service — including transmitting it to third-party AI providers for content adaptation and to connected social platforms for scheduled publishing.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models. Our AI providers process content ephemerally and do not retain it after generation.

NeuralPost's name, logo, design, and code are the exclusive property of the operator and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding without written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

NeuralPost offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Free trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made unless you choose a paid plan before the trial ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from the billing page. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to read-only free mode.

Refunds: Monthly charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase at our discretion.

Price changes:We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active subscription. Continued use after that notice constitutes acceptance.

6. Third-Party Platforms

NeuralPost integrates with X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms through NeuralPost is also subject to each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms, API deprecations, or actions taken by those platforms against your connected accounts.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you schedule complies with each platform's content policies. NeuralPost does not moderate User Content pre-publish.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting any content you want to retain before canceling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Please read this section carefully.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing. NeuralPost does not guarantee the factual accuracy, tone, or suitability of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralPost, its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you paid nothing.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralPost and its operators from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on file, or by a prominent notice in the app, at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
